Ordering, Shipping, and Returns Policy
Orders:
All products are made to order. You will receive an order confirmation email with an order number. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once the order is placed.
If there is an issue with your order, you will receive an email within 2-3 business days. If you have an inquiry about an order placed via our website, please reach out to support@n1works.com.
Shipping:
We offer USPS Ground Advantage. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped and will receive the order 2-5 business days after it ships.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or lost shipments. We are not responsible for orders marked as delivered by USPS that are lost or stolen.
Returns:
N1 Works does not refund the difference or price match items due to price adjustments, sales, or discounts of any kind.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, with all parts attached and include manuals and original N1 Works packaging.
Certain items, such as sale items and personalized items, are final sale and cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@n1works.com. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return (please remember items must be returned new and unused).
